Come and improve your French in Mérindol, a small town in Vaucluse. Nestled in the heart of the Luberon, the troubled history of this village will fascinate you.

Françoise, your host, will guide you in the discovery of this region, by offering you targeted visits and by offering you personalized French lessons adapted to your needs.

In good company, you can share his daily life in a small house located at the gates of the Garrigue. You will be welcomed in a small independent equipped apartment. Accompanied (by a person) or alone you can taste the sweetness of life that reigns in the South-East region and discover its landscapes and traditions.

YOUR HOME STAY FRENCH IMMERSION IN MÉRINDOL

For me, immersion in my home is the best way to improve your French in an authentic way by combining language, culture and conviviality. We will have as many conversations as possible during our lessons, sharing meals and discovering the region.

You will have a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom in a small fully equipped apartment located on the ground floor. You can come up to 2 people. You will enjoy having breakfast outside, or in the dining room, in front of a very pleasant landscape drawn by the forest of pines and oaks. Our house also welcomes a cat and a dog.

Sharing meals with you will be a pleasure. I prepare a generous traditional and homemade cuisine. We can, if you wish, share our recipes and cook together, which is a great exercise in learning French.

Hello, my name is Françoise. Since 2016 I have been welcoming and training people arriving from all over our beautiful planet in French. A rich experience of beautiful encounters that gives me the opportunity to share my love of the French language.

But not only: by teaching, I have the pleasure of assisting you in your learning, of seeing you progress, and above all of observing you experimenting and loving more and more this beautiful living language that is French.

LEARNING FRENCH

For me, teaching goes through moments of pleasure. Watching you smile and laugh during our conversations and during our lessons, throughout your stay, brings me real happiness. I teach for all levels, using methods (games, manuals,…) that suit your personal tastes.

Throughout your stay, I will put all my skills to allow you to progress and reach or exceed the goal set on your arrival.

ACTIVITIES

I will guide you with enjoy in the discovery of the Luberon. But also, I will certainly suggest some getaways around the Alpilles.

You can admire our fabulous villages: Gordes, the emblem of the Provençal perched village, Roussillon famous for its ochres, Lourmarin labeled one of the most beautiful villages in France, Fontaine de Vaucluse known for its resurgence, Les Baux de Provence and its quarries of Lights , and so many other beauties to know…

By browsing our sites, you can discover the fabulous history of the Vaudois, that of the Popes in Avignon…

But also those of artists, having marked our beautiful region (Camus, Van Gogh, Cézanne…).
