With her husband Jean-Paul, you will be welcomed to their charming and spacious rectory in the little village of Le Noyer-en-Ouche in Normandy. You will have your own bedroom and upstairs private bathroom; come alone, or with your partner or friend, and relax on the large property of Claude and Jean-Pierre, with its beautiful French garden.
During your French immersion in Normandy, you will be provided with personalized French courses; it is possible to get more courses, if desired. Claude will take you to all the beautiful sights in the region famous for Mont St-Michel! Some excursions may require an extra fee.

Everything is flexible, depending on your tastes and needs. Claude will provide you with personalized French courses adapted to your level and particular expectations by using preferred methods.
Accustomed to the preparation, jurying and writing of entrance exams, Claude will allow you to practice the best. With Jean-Paul, editor, writer and newspaper creator, they will do their best to make your stay enjoyable and productive.
Welcome in Normandy, my name is Claude and with my husband Jean-Paul we will welcome you to an authentic property for an unforgettable French Immersion Stay where you will have the opportunity to discover the charming region of Normandy.
In the calm environment and our relaxing garden, come and enjoy a constructive and soothing stay.
We will prepare healthy cooking based on vegetables and fresh produce from the neighboring farm.
We are non-smokers, but we don’t mind if you smoke outside.
LEARNING FRENCH
I am a native French and a graduate French teacher with more than 25 years experience in welcoming students at home. Having also taught for more than 30 years, I have great experience in a variety of teaching methods.
I can prepare specific courses on request including vocabulary for diplomacy, business French, fashion, and orthography seminars.
You will have French classes in our comfortable living room, or in the bedroom for young students. With only one or two students, depending on whether you come alone or with another person, I will adapt the course to meet your specific objectives.
ACTIVITIES
During your stay with me, I will offer you mainly cultural activities, but you can discover the region on your own by walking around the area. In Normandy, where there is one of the most beautiful villages of France, I will accompany you in cultural visits and sightseeing.
